SYNOPSIS

Alice, 25, decides to emancipate herself and to live alone. She’s visiting several apartments with the help of Julien, a real estate agent. He’s 40, married and has a teenage boy. Alice and Julien fall in love and begin an affair. Marie, Julien’s wife, doesn’t know about it. Following alternately the point of view of each main character, we see both the reactions of the actors and victims of this adultery, as close as possible to their pain and love. The film depicts with a rare acuity the consequences of such an act, without any moral judgment or complacency.
